How it all started

At the World Bank, we're committed to helping governments develop effective case management information systems for social workers. Projects in Chile, Italy, and Greece inspired us to create the Case Compass Toolkit, a global public good designed to improve case management services. Our goal is to develop customized case management information systems that support local operators and are tailored to the local context.

Creating a strategy

We’re here to advise World Bank teams and in-country decision makers on case management strategy in general and also specifically on the development of a strategy for case management information systems.

We’re ready to respond to requests for support, whether you’re creating a strategy for a new case management program or seeking to improve the effectiveness of an existing one through digitization and information systems.

Developing software

As part of new and existing World Bank activities, the Case Compass team can advice the development of a case management information systems customized to the country’s context and intervention requirements

We can help you build a framework that is interoperable with other information systems; advise on software development methodology; and customize the Case Compass prototype to reflect country-specific case management processes.
