Team validates the Case Compass prototype in Jamaica
Specialists from Case Compass tested the case management information system prototype with social workers and beneficiaries in Jamaica. This version took Jamaica’s paper-based case management processes and put them into a CMIS that works online or offline and on desktop or mobile. Feedback indicated the tool made work more efficient and accessible, with extra praise for the mobile capabilities.

Case Compass delivers the Social Protection and Jobs core course in Rome
Policymakers and practitioners from 35 lower- and middle-income countries were joined by Bank experts to share their experience building adaptive social protection systems. On the last day, the Case Compass team spoke about designing case management information systems in Italy and pilot countries.

Case Compass working with pilot countries
Case Compass is now advising in five different countries. The team is working to share relevant knowledge about case management and case management information systems for pilot programs in Armenia, Italy, Jamaica, Moldova, and Mozambique.

“Delivering Social Protection in a Post-COVID World” in Kuwait City at the MENA SPJ course on social protection systems
This regional course, organized by the World Bank in collaboration with the IMF-Middle East Center for Economics and Finance, gave 36 officials from 15 Arab countries the opportunity to learn about social protection practices relevant to the Middle East and North Africa. The Case Compass team participated by providing a dedicated session on case management and CMISes.

International conference on “Financing Family Strengthening and Child Protection Services in the context of Moldova”
The conference, held by Moldova’s Parliament and Ministry of Labor, brought together global and local experts to address funding for family and child welfare. The event spotlighted the reallocation of resources towards family care in accordance with EU guidelines, setting the stage for future discussions on inclusive services and preventive measures for children at risk.
